Back Orders

From time to time, we may experience a surge of sales. This causes a shortage and puts us in a back order situation. At the time you place your order, you will be notified if any of the products ordered are on back order status.

Your back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. The company pays for all associated shipping costs of any back ordered item. If you choose to order the back ordered item, you will be billed at the time you place your order, as this affects our Marketing Plan payout.

If you opt not to order the back ordered item, at your request we will notify you once the item is back in stock. You can also substitute any back ordered item for a different flavor.
