Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged Items
There are two types of damages. One is a concealed damage, where there is no visible damage to the outside (shipping box) or apparent, damage, which is visible to the outside of the box. It is very important to inspect your order when received to insure all your products are received in good condition.
In the event you receive damaged product, call us as soon as you open or notice your shipment is damaged. We will notify UPS and handle accordingly.
Claims for damaged items must be made within fifteen days of original shipment; otherwise your claim will not be honored.
Incorrect Items
In the event you receive incorrect items please call Customer Service who will process a replacement order for the correct items and arrange for a pick up of the incorrect item.

Exchanges
Requests for an exchange are allowed if your request is made within 15 days of your original shipment otherwise your claim for an exchange will not be honored.
Once the items are received at our Distribution Center we will initiate the exchange, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. You are responsible for all shipping costs for the replacement order to be shipped to you.
