Return / Refund Policy
Retail Customers
When you order your Cambridge products at retail cost you
are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are
not satisfied, return your purchase to the Cambridge Distributor you purchased
the products from. Your request must be made within 30 days of the date of
sale along with your receipt.
If the Company shipped your product, please contact Customer
Service within 30 days of the date of sale for an authorization number and
the shipping address to return your order. You will be issued a full refund,
less any shipping or handling fees collected.
Cambridge Members and Distributors
When you opt to become a Cambridge Distributor
all sales are final. We only allow exchanges in the event of incorrect items
received. If you opt to exchange your product for a different flavor we only
allow exchanges for product stored and returned in re-usable condition. You
will be charged a .50-cent-restocking fee per item and responsible for the
shipping fee to have your exchanged product shipped.
If you have never used the Cambridge products, we suggest
you place your initial order at retail. This will give you the opportunity
of trying our products for 30 days, which is covered by our money back guarantee.
Once you opt to become a Cambridge Distributor,
a refund will not be issued. The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply,
once you become a Cambridge Distributor, all sales are final.
